We process orders within 1-3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order out to the carrier. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which your local customs office determines. НАШАТА 60-ДНЕВНА ПОЛИТИКА ЗА ВРЪЩАНЕ

Надяваме се, че сте доволни от покупката си. Ако нещо не ви харесва, не се притеснявайте - направихме процеса на замяна и връщане много прост.

1, Ако вашите стоки са пристигнали повредени или дефектни, моля, свържете се с нас в рамките на 48 часа след получаване на вашата поръчка. Ние ще организираме доставката на нови артикули или пълно възстановяване на сумата. Не е необходимо да връщате повредени стоки.

2, Връщане на стоки, които не сте поръчали (грешен размер/цвят/артикул). Ако установите, че поръчаната от Вас стока не отговаря на получената от Вас стока, имате право да ни върнете стоката в рамките на 14 дни от получаването. Вие не ни плащате такса за обработка при връщане на такива стоки. Разходите по връщането на стоките се поемат от Продавача и ще получите предплатен етикет за доставка от нас.

3. Ако продуктът не е напълно според вашите предпочитания, можете да го върнете/замените в рамките на 60 дни от получаване на стоката си, без да посочвате причина.
