1, Ако вашите стоки са пристигнали повредени или дефектни, моля, свържете се с нас в рамките на 48 часа след получаване на вашата поръчка. Ние ще организираме доставката на нови артикули или пълно възстановяване на сумата. Не е необходимо да връщате повредени стоки.
2, Връщане на стоки, които не сте поръчали (грешен размер/цвят/артикул). Ако установите, че поръчаната от Вас стока не отговаря на получената от Вас стока, имате право да ни върнете стоката в рамките на 14 дни от получаването.
