NAŠE 60-DENNÍ ZÁSADY VRÁCENÍ ZBOŽÍ
Věříme, že jste s nákupem spokojeni. Pokud něco není podle vašich představ, nebojte se – proces výměny a vrácení jsme velmi zjednodušili.
1, Pokud vaše zboží přišlo poškozené nebo vadné, kontaktujte nás do 48 hodin od přijetí objednávky. Zajistíme doručení nových položek nebo vrácení celé platby. Poškozené zboží nemusíte vrátit.
2, Vrácení zboží, které jste si neobjednali (špatná velikost/barva/položka). V případě, že zjistíte, že zboží, které jste si objednali neodpovídá zboží, které jste obdrželi, máte právo nám zboží vrátit zpět do 14 dnů od převzetí. Za vrácení takového zboží nám neplatíte manipulační poplatek. Náklady na vrácení zboží nese Prodávající a vy od nás obdržíte předplacený přepravní štítek.
3. Pokud produkt není zcela podle vašich představ, můžete jej vrátit/vyměnit do 60 dnů od převzetí vašeho zboží bez udání důvodu. Vrácené zboží musí být nepoškozené a nesmí jevit známky poškození a používání. Náklady na vrácení zboží nese Kupující.
Chcete-li vrátit položku pro výměnu nebo získat vrácení peněz, postupujte podle následujících kroků:
