We process orders within 1-3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order out to the carrier. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

The Item came just like pictured, it is of good quality, works with the proper incense. Very pretty when the incense fogs down. The only issue I have was shipping did take awhile. I will say it was the holiday season and that should be taken into consideration.
