Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.
For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

1, Hvis dine varer ankom beskadigede eller defekte, bedes du kontakte os inden for 48 timer efter modtagelse af din ordre. Vi sørger for levering af nye varer eller fuld refusion. Du skal ikke returnere beskadigede varer.
2, Returnering af varer, som du ikke har bestilt (forkert størrelse/farve/vare). Hvis du oplever, at de varer, du har bestilt, ikke svarer til de varer, du har modtaget, har du ret til at returnere varerne til os inden for 14 dage efter modtagelsen.
