Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

NAŠE 60-DENNÍ ZÁSADY VRÁCENÍ ZBOŽÍ
Věříme, že jste s nákupem spokojeni. Pokud něco není podle vašich představ, nebojte se – proces výměny a vrácení jsme velmi zjednodušili.
1, Pokud vaše zboží přišlo poškozené nebo vadné, kontaktujte nás do 48 hodin od přijetí objednávky. Zajistíme doručení nových položek nebo vrácení celé platby. Poškozené zboží nemusíte vrátit.
2, Vrácení zboží, které jste si neobjednali (špatná velikost/barva/položka). V případě, že zjistíte, že zboží, které jste si objednali neodpovídá zboží, které jste obdrželi, máte právo nám zboží vrátit zpět do 14 dnů od převzetí. Za vrácení takového zboží nám neplatíte manipulační poplatek. Náklady na vrácení zboží nese Prodávající a vy od nás obdržíte předplacený přepravní štítek.
3. Pokud produkt není zcela podle vašich představ, můžete jej vrátit/vyměnit do 60 dnů od převzetí vašeho zboží bez udání důvodu. Vrácené zboží musí být nepoškozené a nesmí jevit známky poškození a používání. Náklady na vrácení zboží nese Kupující.
Chcete-li vrátit položku pro výměnu nebo získat vrácení peněz, postupujte podle následujících kroků:
Zboží lze vrátit pouze tehdy, je-li stále v původním stavu. Použité produkty nebo produkty poškozené zákazníkem nebudou mít nárok na vrácení peněz nebo bude platit jen částečná refundace.

Jste zodpovědní za zaplacení přepravních nákladů za vrácení zásilky. Náklady na dopravu jsou nevratné.

Po obdržení vašeho balíčku budou vaše produkty zkontrolovány a bude zpracována výměna nebo vrácení peněz. Potvrzení o vrácení platby bude zasláno e-mailem na e-mailovou adresu, kterou jste použili při původním nákupu. Peněžní prostředky vám vrátíme nejpozději do 14 dnů od převzetí vráceného zboží, obvykle však do 5 pracovních dnů.

Got this as a gift for my mother in law and she loved it! It's beautifully made, and has a lovely flowing effect. I would recommend putting something beneath it because it did leave a pink tint behind, which did not stain and wiped off easily, but just in case.
I absolutely love this product , I use it daily. It's really cool to watch the smoke trickle down like a stream.
