As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

2, Retur av varer du ikke har bestilt (feil størrelse/farge/vare). Hvis du finner ut at varene du har bestilt ikke samsvarer med varene du har mottatt, har du rett til å returnere varene til oss innen 14 dager etter mottak.
