For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

NAŠE 60-DŇOVÉ ZÁSADY VRÁTENIA TOVARU
Veríme, že ste s nákupom spokojní. Ak niečo nie je podľa vašich predstáv, nebojte sa – proces výmeny a vrátenia sme veľmi zjednodušili.
1, Ak váš tovar prišiel poškodený alebo chybný, kontaktujte nás do 48 hodín od prijatia objednávky. Zabezpečíme doručenie nových položiek alebo vrátenie celej platby. Poškodený tovar nemusíte vrátiť.
2, Vrátenie tovaru, ktorý ste si neobjednali (zlá veľkosť/farba/položka). V prípade, že zistíte, že tovar, ktorý ste si objednali nezodpovedá tovaru, ktorý ste dostali, máte právo nám tovar vrátiť späť do 14 dní od prevzatia. Za vrátenie takéhoto tovaru nám neplatíte manipulačný poplatok. Náklady na vrátenie tovaru znáša Predávajúci a vy od nás dostanete predplatený prepravný štítok.
3. Ak produkt nie je úplne podľa vašich predstáv, môžete ho vrátiť/vymeniť do 60 dní od prevzatia vášho tovaru bez udania dôvodu. Vrátený tovar musí byť nepoškodený a nesmie javiť známky poškodenia a používania. Náklady na vrátenie tovaru znáša Kupujúci.
Ak chcete vrátiť položku na výmenu alebo získať vrátenie peňazí, postupujte podľa nasledujúcich krokov:

Tovar v pôvodnom, nepoškodenom stave zabaľte tak, aby sa pri preprave nepoškodil.

Po obdržaní vášho balíka budú vaše produkty skontrolované a bude spracovaná výmena alebo vrátenie peňazí. Peňažné prostriedky vám vrátime najneskôr do 14 dní od prevzatia vráteného tovaru, obvykle však do 5 pracovných dní.
