We process orders within 1-3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order out to the carrier. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.
For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which your local customs office determines. We ship from several warehouses around eastern Asian countries and territories, such as China, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

1, Om dina varor anlände skadade eller defekta, vänligen kontakta oss inom 48 timmar efter att du mottagit din beställning. Vi kommer att ordna leverans av nya varor eller full återbetalning. Du behöver inte returnera skadade varor.
2, Returnera varor som du inte beställt (fel storlek/färg/vara). Om du upptäcker att varorna du beställt inte stämmer överens med de varor du fått, har du rätt att returnera varorna till oss inom 14 dagar från mottagandet. Du betalar oss ingen hanteringsavgift för att returnera sådana varor. Kostnaderna för att returnera varorna står Säljaren för och du får en förbetald fraktsedel från oss.
3. Om varan inte är helt i din smak kan du returnera/byta den inom 60 dagar efter att du mottagit dina varor utan att ange något skäl. Returnerade varor ska vara oskadade och får inte visa tecken på skada eller användning. Kostnaden för att returnera varan bärs av Köparen.

Smells nice and works great! Arrived with no damages. However the jar does get warmed up when the wax is almost over so it’s a bit hard to touch the jar when the flame is there :) overall recommend 💯 thanks!
