For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

1, Ha az áru sérülten vagy hibásan érkezett, kérjük, vegye fel velünk a kapcsolatot a megrendelés kézhezvételétől számított 48 órán belül. Gondoskodunk az új termékek kiszállításáról vagy a teljes visszatérítésről. A sérült árut nem kell visszaküldeni.
2, Nem Ön által megrendelt áru visszaküldése (rossz méret/szín/cikk). Ha úgy találja, hogy az Ön által megrendelt áru nem egyezik a kapott áruval, Önnek joga van az árut az átvételtől számított 14 napon belül visszaküldeni nekünk. Ön nem fizet nekünk kezelési díjat az ilyen áruk visszaküldéséért. Az áru visszaküldésének költségei az Eladót terhelik, Ön pedig előre kifizetett szállítási címkét kap tőlünk.
