Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 1-3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order out to the carrier. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. We ship from several warehouses around eastern Asian countries and territories, such as China, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Returns & Exchanges

VÅR 60-DAGERS RETURPOLITIKK

1, Hvis varene dine ankom skadet eller defekte, vennligst kontakt oss innen 48 timer etter at du mottok bestillingen. Vi sørger for levering av nye varer eller full refusjon. Du trenger ikke returnere skadede varer.

2, Retur av varer du ikke har bestilt (feil størrelse/farge/vare). Hvis du finner ut at varene du har bestilt ikke samsvarer med varene du har mottatt, har du rett til å returnere varene til oss innen 14 dager etter mottak. Du betaler oss ikke et ekspedisjonsgebyr for å returnere slike varer. Kostnadene for å returnere varene bæres av Selger og du vil motta en forhåndsbetalt fraktetikett fra oss.

3. Hvis produktet ikke faller helt i smak, kan du returnere/bytte det innen 60 dager etter mottak av varene uten å oppgi grunn. Returvarer skal være uskadet og skal ikke vise tegn til skade eller bruk. Kostnaden for å returnere varene bæres av Kjøper.
