POLITICA NOASTRA DE RETUR PENTRU 60 DE ZILE
Sperăm că sunteți mulțumit de achiziția dvs. Dacă ceva nu vă place, nu vă faceți griji - am simplificat procesul de schimb și returnare.
1, Dacă mărfurile dumneavoastră au sosit deteriorate sau defecte, vă rugăm să ne contactați în termen de 48 de ore de la primirea comenzii. Vom aranja livrarea de articole noi sau o rambursare completă. Nu trebuie să returnați bunurile deteriorate.
2, Returnarea mărfurilor pe care nu le-ați comandat (dimensiune/culoare/articol greșit). Dacă descoperiți că bunurile pe care le-ați comandat nu corespund bunurilor pe care le-ați primit, aveți dreptul de a ne returna bunurile în termen de 14 zile de la primire. Nu ne plătiți o taxă de manipulare pentru returnarea unor astfel de bunuri. Costurile de returnare a mărfurilor sunt suportate de Vânzător și veți primi de la noi o etichetă de expediere plătită în avans.
3. În cazul în care produsul nu este pe deplin pe placul dumneavoastră, îl puteți returna/schimba în termen de 60 de zile de la primirea mărfii dumneavoastră fără a indica un motiv. Bunurile returnate trebuie să fie nedeteriorate și nu trebuie să prezinte semne de deteriorare sau utilizare. Costul returnării bunurilor este suportat de Cumpărător.
Pentru a returna un articol pentru un schimb sau pentru a obține o rambursare, urmați acești pași:
