Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

1, Om dina varor anlände skadade eller defekta, vänligen kontakta oss inom 48 timmar efter att du mottagit din beställning. Vi kommer att ordna leverans av nya varor eller full återbetalning. Du behöver inte returnera skadade varor.
2, Returnera varor som du inte beställt (fel storlek/färg/vara). Om du upptäcker att varorna du beställt inte stämmer överens med de varor du fått, har du rätt att returnera varorna till oss inom 14 dagar från mottagandet.
