All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.
For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which your local customs office determines. 1, Om dina varor anlände skadade eller defekta, vänligen kontakta oss inom 48 timmar efter att du mottagit din beställning. Vi kommer att ordna leverans av nya varor eller full återbetalning. Du behöver inte returnera skadade varor.
2, Returnera varor som du inte beställt (fel storlek/färg/vara). Om du upptäcker att varorna du beställt inte stämmer överens med de varor du fått, har du rätt att returnera varorna till oss inom 14 dagar från mottagandet. Du betalar oss ingen hanteringsavgift för att returnera sådana varor. Kostnaderna för att returnera varorna står Säljaren för och du får en förbetald fraktsedel från oss.
3. Om varan inte är helt i din smak kan du returnera/byta den inom 60 dagar efter att du mottagit dina varor utan att ange något skäl. Returnerade varor ska vara oskadade och får inte visa tecken på skada eller användning. Kostnaden för att returnera varan bärs av Köparen.
