We process orders within 1-3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order out to the carrier. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, your order is on the way to you, and we cannot stop the delivery anymore. You will need to wait for the goods to arrive and ship them back to us within 60 days after delivery to apply for a refund or exchange following our 60-day return policy.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

2, Returnering af varer, som du ikke har bestilt (forkert størrelse/farve/vare). Hvis du oplever, at de varer, du har bestilt, ikke svarer til de varer, du har modtaget, har du ret til at returnere varerne til os inden for 14 dage efter modtagelsen. Love it
Don't know if it's the cones. Or the backflow burner that I was using. I purchased the sandalwood cones, they burn and smell incredible. Only drawback no backflow. So I did follow up buying a new backflow item for the Cones.
The cones it came with I'll have the same scent of burning wood but luckily I like the smell of burning wood 😁
My only issue with these is the residue left after the burn, whatever either scents these or binds them together leaves a tar like substance behind, I use a funnel like metal piece one a scenery burner and have had to clean a blockage out of the stem of the funnel. They smell grate they last a long time but the residue left behind is pretty tough to remove.
