2, Retur av varer du ikke har bestilt (feil størrelse/farge/vare). The Item came just like pictured, it is of good quality, works with the proper incense. Very pretty when the incense fogs down. The only issue I have was shipping did take awhile. I will say it was the holiday season and that should be taken into consideration.
